Shipping USA

We offer a fixed fee in Domestic Shipping ( Miami ) for $80 USD and a fixed fee for National USA shipping for $180 USD in most orders if bought directly in the website (Except Custom Made, commissions and over 45 inch pieces).

Orders will ship from the Miami location, you will receive an email confirming the shipment time and tracking number. Please allow a couple of weeks for this to happen. If you need the artwork in an specific date email the gallery.

Please note that shipping will be charged separately than the artwork.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world! $400 usd rate on most of our international orders. (Except Custom Made, commissions and over 45 inch pieces). Please note that shipping will be charged separately than the artwork.

Custom Made ART

It is possible to create a custom made piece from the artists collections. For more information about it please contact the gallery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Please Allow a couple of weeks for the order to be ready, each one is individually made , you will receive an email with all the information regarding the order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Once Trece Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Local pickup

If you are in the Miami area, local pickup is available. Please select this option during checkout, and we will email you the specifics for pickup.

Damages

Once Trece Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns accepted due to the limited nature of this product.
